The target of the ZETES project was twofold :

To enhance the management of the zetes group web sites :
The multi national ZETES group having local agencies – all having their own website – in most of the european countries needed a flexible tool to develop and maintain these web sites. Inter Networks developed a number of standard components that can be integrated easily into these web sites.

To develop a new intranet application to offer a number of support functions:

· Sales Activity Management :
An extensive sales support system, including a reporting module allowing managers on all levels to consult aggregate reports from group level down to individual sales person level. Budget versus Actual Sales reports.

· Document repository
A library of documents for which access can be restricted to staff only or made publicly available.

· Multi National Accounts support module
Specifically designed to manage all information concerning large multi national accounts : documents, sales activity reports, forum.

· News module
A module to manage news items on both the corporate group level as well as on local company level.

· User and companies management
Module supporting all of the above modules. It allows the management of the complete organigram, includes a who is who, and models the specific ZETES needs on the level of the sales teams.
